Depending on the property and service plan, a proposal may offer seasonal pricing, per-push pricing, or both. The proposal shows the available choices, payment schedule, snowfall tiers, and exactly what is included before you approve anything.

Each proposal identifies the exact plowing areas and separately lists any sidewalk clearing, lot salt, or sidewalk salt. If a service is not listed as included, it is not part of the quoted scope.

Yes. We can prepare a plowing-only scope when it fits the property. Sidewalk clearing and salt are separate services and are excluded unless your proposal specifically includes them.

Contracted properties are monitored and dispatched according to the service trigger and terms in their agreement. You do not need to place a new order for every qualifying storm.
